Jangan sampai malah menjadi sebaliknya, bisnis yang di jalankan mejerumuskannya masuk ke neraka-nya, karena kita pasti semua ingin agar bisnis yang dijalankan tidak hanya memberikan untung atau rugi , namun mengantarkan kita ke surge dan terhindar dari neraka. Dari beberapa obrolan yang saya ikuti dan dapat pencerahan dari mentor – mentor di luar sana, ternyata ada empat langkah penting ketika kita berbisnis agar sukses di dunia dan akhirat, berikut langkah – langkahnya.
1. Visi yang jelas
Bisnis yang dijalankan itu haruslah memiliki visi yang jelas dan mengutamakan idealism kita sebagai muslim. Mau dibawa ke mana bisnis kita dalam setahun, lima tahun, ataupun 20 tahun ke depan tergantung dari visi yang di bangun pemiliknya. Jika bisnis tidak memiliki visi, ibaratnya kita pergi tidak tahu arahnya mau ke man. Jika tidak jelas arah mau kemana, ya tentu daja bisnis yang kita jalankan tidak akan sampai pada tujuan. Dan tentu saja visi bisnis yang baik dan hebat adalah bisnis yang memberikan kontribusi serta keberkahan bagi pemiliknya. Tim yang terlibat di dalamnya semakin takwa dan taat dalam menjalankan setiap tugas di perusahaan pimpinannya.
2. Aksi Cerdas
Setelah kita menemukan Visi yang jelas, tentu dibarengi dengan aksi atau tindakan yang nyata. Karena jika hanya sekadar visi tanpa aksi bagaikan mimpi di siang polong. Tentunya aksi yang dilakukan ketika menjalankan bisnis kita ini di barengi dengan tindakan yang tidak melanggar pada hukum syariat. Mempelajari hukum muamalah syariah dalam berbisnis penting dilakukan oleh setiap muslim agar tidak terjebak pada praktik batil ketika berbisnis sperti praktik meminjam uang di bank dengan riba, praktik suap (riswah), menipu pelanggan (gharar) dll. Dengan melakukan aksi yang cerdas ini akan membawa pemilik bisnis tersebut semalat ketika di dunia dan juga di akhirat.
3. Kolaborasi
Kolaborasi di sini sama daja dengan menjalani sinergi/silaturahmi dengan orang atau komunitas lain. Ada ungkapan dari harits Rasul, Silaturahmi memanjangkan umur dan rezeki, maka berbanyaklah silaturahmi agar bisnis kita dapat berkembang dan memberikan banyak manfaat kepada tim kita dan orang yang terbantu dari bisnis kita. Janganlah berkolaborasi pada kegiatan yang penuh dengan kemaksiatan dan kezaliman, seperti berkerja sama dengan memanipulasi perhitungan anggaran proyek maupun praktik – praktik korupsi di luar sana.
4. Tawakkal
Ini pondasi akhir agar bisnis kita tidak sekadar berjalan, tapi juga memunculkan spirit adanya peran Allah SWT dalam bisnis kita. Baik buruk yang terjadi pada bisnis tentu ada hikmah dibaliknya. Tugas kita bertawakkal dan menyerahkan semunya kepada Allah SWT. Semakin kita mengharapkan manfaat yang besar terhadap bisnis kita maka tawakkal yang kita lakukan semakin kuat. Terus perkuat dengan ibadah – ibadah wajib, Sunnah, berdakwah dan juga bersedekah agar bisnis kita semakin berkah dan berlimpah.
Jika kita konsisten menjalankan empat langkah di atas, insya Allah bisnis kita akan selalu mendatangkan pahala kebaikan kepada pemiliknya dan pastinya menjadikan jalan baginya untuk ke surga. Yuk, mulai sekarang jadikan bisnis kita sebagai kendaraan sukses kita agar mendapatkan surga dan terhindar dari neraka.
